We are seeking a candidate with a background in project management/direct marketing to join our team as a Sales Manager Trainee .

We are looking to add 4-5 new consultants to our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities as our Sales Manager Trainee :
Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesAssisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issuesHandling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

Sales Manager Trainee Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcited to grow from an entry-level position
