    At Gift of Life Surrogacy Agency we guide support our carriers every step way ensuring they are fully informed supported cared throughout entire experience.

    Gestational Carrier Requirements

    • Between 21–39 years old
    • A U.S citizen living surrogate-friendly state
    • Have delivered at least one child currently parenting
    • No more than two C-sections
    • Not receiving government public assistance including Medicaid WIC SNAP/Food Stamps state-funded health insurance
    • No history pregnancy complications including gestational diabetes pre-eclampsia pre-term labor
    • No history schizophrenia bipolar disorder borderline personality disorder major depressive disorder< LI >Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy including certain mental health medications

    We ensure you meet these criteria during initial consultation < / h3 > < p > We recognize commitment time care involved being gestational carrier. Compensation includes: Base compensation $60,000 –$70,000 First-time carrier experienced carrier Additional benefits:< br >/ UL >
