Job summary
We are seeking a Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment,management of health problems, health counseling,
and disposition planning for our patients.

- Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic inventory patient follow up verifying insurance collecting payment maintaining clean environment.
- The job includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention sexually transmitted infection STI Prevention safer sex practices. Order administer immunizations injections COVID19 influenza TB Depo vaccine counseling education .
Provide basic life support BLS certification including CPR AED pass FIT test wear respirator mask when protocol requires.
Complete DOT certification exam within days employment Depending on market ability proficient speaking writing additional languages Spanish preferred qualifications EPIC experience preferred Education Master Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program current National Board Certification State Employment license practice Advanced Practice Nurse role Or select states Master Science Physician Assistant Studies other health-related master degree equivalent experience together Bachelor Science Physician Assistant Studies required qualifications minimum year experience as nurse practitioner required Experience family medicine primary care practice preferred active family nurse practitioner license good standing
