    Background & Purpose of the Job

    The CDRP Analyst serves as the responsible party for modeling demand, planning replenishment, and managing inventories with a customer-focus for key customers in our integrated and extended supply chain, with emphasis on managing baseline forecasts on all items and promotional volume and phasing on key promotions. These activities require frequent communication with Customer Development and the customer, and the successful execution of the role has a direct effect on Unilever's sales volume/profitability as well as the customer's sales volume/profitability.

    Who You Are & What You'll Do

    You're a dot connector: You will apply analytical techniques and leverage supply chain data to develop tactical inventory replenishment plans for your customer. The accuracy of these plans directly impacts customer fill rate and satisfaction, as well as logistics efficiencies. To succeed you will develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of your customer's warehouse/store operations and sales characteristics, applying these insights to your operational and continuous improvement responsibilities.

    You love to win, and have fun doing it: You will link closely with Customer Development, Customer partners, Event Supply Planner, Transportation and Operations leadership in planning and executing inventory preparedness and order execution for Terms of Sale compliance.

    You're a changemaker: You will analyze key trends in order history in the context of the customer's supply chain processes to proactively identify and propose improvements. Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to prepare and execute Joint Business Plans goals. Determine optimal inventory positions for each item. Build truckload shipments to maximize service levels and adhere to terms of sale while minimizing costs.

    You're a paradox navigator: You will establish and maintain positive relationships to collaborate on inventory positions and order management. Work with CD/CTT/LOT/WHS/Planning to identify possible improvements and drive towards flawless execution for order to cash cycle.

    What You'll Need To Succeed

    Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields. 1-3 years of relevant Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience required. Technical understanding of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems and strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
