Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors, while also liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Supervising construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.
• Resource management and procurement.
• Communication with stakeholders and problem-solving.
• Documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Five years + experience working in a Superintendent position
• Degree is preferred but not essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
