    This program covers a 16 bed residential facility for those with Severe Mental Illness with a trauma background. Clients are adults and usually stay 6-12 months.

    This well known and well established agency provides psychiatry, medication management, outpatient substance use treatment, case management, supportive housing, LGBTQ youth and youth care.

    Our services cross age ranges from children to older adults.

    The Clinical Manager clinically leads and manages the program, ensuring the program remains responsive and relevant to the needs of clients and the local mental health system.

    High caliber teams with low turnover and dedication to the communityBrand new program for trauma informed care for SMI populationsResponsibilitiesProvide leadership to clinical staff and managers, and manage the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care, and that staff are properly trained and oriented to their jobs.

    Supervise and evaluate assigned staff and managers and ensure all clinical staff receive effective supervision at least monthly and written evaluations on an annual basis.

    Ensure clinical staff are properly scheduled to work so that all shifts are covered, and client needs are met.

    Oversee the coordination and evaluation of all client referrals to the program and management of admissions and discharges, ensuring compliance with County andEnsure compliance with all DHCS regulations specific to the operation of an MHRC.ExperienceMaster's Degree in social work or counseling required.

    Master's degree in psychology, Social Work or related field with three years of full time work experience in a behavioral health program that serves clients who have a mental illness is required.

    Such experience must be in the direct provision of services to clients, of which at least one year must be in the position of supervising direct care staff.

    Must possess a BBS, LCSW, LMFT, of Psy.
    D., or be license-eligible and in the process of obtaining hours towards licensure.
