    What You'll Be Doing

    Overseeing Quality Assurance for Energy Based Medical Devices, from concept to customer
    Implementing and managing quality control processes to meet and exceed regulatory standards
    Spearheading continuous improvement efforts to elevate product quality and compliance
    Collaborating with global teams to align quality objectives and strategies
    Managing department budgets and fostering team growth and development

    About You

    Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science; Master's preferred
    Minimum 8 years in the medical products industry, with direct Energy Based Devices experience
    Proficient in US and international regulations, with a knack for audit facilitation
    Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
