    Administrative Services Coordinator (HR/Accounting) - Memory Care

    The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general clerical duties. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to guarantee the satisfaction of residents and their families.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Human Resources: Recruit, onboard, and support staff members in various departments.
    • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Payroll: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and time-off requests.
    • Clerical Duties: Maintain organized files, manage correspondence, and perform administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Associates degree in accounting or a related field, or two years of experience in a similar role.
    • Skills: Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.
    • Experience: Previous experience in an Assisted Living facility is preferred.
