We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.

This role involves assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced data analysis skills and strategic financial planning expertise.

Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
