    Natural Essentials, Inc. DBA Bulk Apothecary is a growing company that specializes in providing high-quality raw materials, essential oils, and other basic cosmetics to customers around the world. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services, and we are looking for talented and experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in our warehouse/distribution center.

    This Inventory Control Clerk will primarily be responsible for the auditing and stocking of essential oils. They will reeport to the Production Manager for our essential oil fill room.

    Responsibilities:
    • Cycle count inventory.
    • Unload, stock, sort, label, replenish, audit, etc.
    • Checks, verifies and audits merchandise to ensure that merchandise has been received and is as ordered and not damaged or defective.
    • Move product from the production area to the warehouse floor location, as it's filled.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
    • Pack, unpack, and upload location and count into inventory system.
    • Verify computations against physical count of stock.
    • Answer inventory related questions and assist other warehouse personnel in understanding inventory control processes and procedures.
    • Collaborate with purchasing, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure smooth flow of inventory operations.
    • Performs housekeeping and safety functions as needed.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
    • 1-3 years or equivalent experience in a role related to Inventory within a distribution facility.
    • Strong Problem Solving ability in tandem with an high level of critical thinking.
    • Software skills within spreadsheets and / or comfortable within computer systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Previous forklift experience is a bonus.
    • The ability to work well with others and provide information transparently and effectively.
    • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 55 Lbs. as needed.

    Wage: $17.00-$21.00/HR depending upon experience.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM +/-.
