Home Health Clinical Manager - Southwoods Health at Home

Southwoods Health at Home is hiring a Home Health Clinical Manager.

This is an in office management position, responsible to safely supervise and guide direct care of the patient in the home setting including, but not limited to, implementation of plans of care, review of clinical documentation, and staff coaching/education.

There will also be administrative on-call responsibilities in rotation. RN with active license in the State of Ohio, and BLS certification through AHA are required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred.

Full-time. Monday-Friday dayshift.
