- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating Fanuccontrolled machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with welding, assembly, or fabricating is a plus
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
