DescriptionJob Purpose:
- This position is responsible for weekend coverage of MealsonWheels routes at LIFECARE ALLIANCE. The role involves monitoring driver documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and addressing any client and driver issues or concerns that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekend coverage for both paid and volunteer MealsonWheels routes.
- Schedule drivers to efficiently deliver MealsonWheels routes during weekends.
- Handle unexpected calloffs and staff shortages to ensure seamless operation.
- Monitor driver documentation to meet funder requirements and ensure compliance.
- Follow up on client and driver problems and concerns to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality assurance standards and contract compliance are met.
- Utilize strong customer relations skills to effectively communicate with clients and drivers.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and be detailoriented in a dynamic work environment.
- Use basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills to support administrative tasks and documentation.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Associate's degree in Human Services or related field
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory position
- 2 years of experience working with volunteers
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer relations experience
- Ability to multitask and be detailoriented
- Basic to intermediate skills using Microsoft Office
- Understanding of quality assurance standards and contract compliance
