Salary: Starting at $75,000-$80,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute various ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Customize ABA programs to meet specific client requirements in collaboration with families and professionals
Supervise direct care staff and travel between clients in different regions
Review and update client progress reports using advanced data collection software
Contribute to organizational enhancements through OBM techniques

Qualifications

Criteria:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within ABA
Display leadership qualities in training and supporting entry-level staff
Successful completion of background checks, TB testing, and vaccination requirements
