The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Python, Node with REST, gRPC using AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud infrastructure to be a key contributor in our software development team.

As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend services, CoPilot ecosystems, with a focus on building distributed scalable services.

Your expertise in product development and understanding of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) concepts will be valuable in shaping our innovative solutions and enhancing our existing products.

office, and an

Onsite interview

is required as part of the process.


Responsibilities:
Develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Node, JAVA, Python on Kubernetes and Docker.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps Engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Work with distributed systems to ensure the modularity, maintainability, and scalability of our applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise in production and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and maintaining code quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in LLMs, GenAI, Hybrid Clouds, Security best practices and scalable architectures.

Basic Qualifications :

5 years' experience as a Server-side Developer, working with Node, Python, Java to build and maintain web applications and services.

Preferred Experience with REST/gRPC, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, Airflow.

Good understanding and hands-on experience with microservices architecture and related concepts.

Prior involvement in product development, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Familiarity with SaaS concepts and experience in developing SaaS-based applications is a plus.

Familiarity with database design and integration, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience with distributed systems and handling large-scale data is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
