- Responsible for vegetation maintenance and weed abatement on solar PV power plant grounds with services including
- Mowing
- Herbicide application
- String trimming
- Grading, seeding, and erosion repair
- Maintain and repair landscaping equipment and vehicles as needed
- Provide timely Field Service Reports back to Operations staff for delivery to client
- Assist the electrical services teams and special projects teams as needed
- Ensure premium client service and excellence in groundskeeping management
- Ability to travel out of town for overnight work, as needed
- Experience operating and maintaining equipment including
- Zero turn mowers
- Tractors
- Mini-excavators
- Compact track loaders
- String trimmers
- Bushhogs
- Ability to safely and routinely strap, bind, chain, and tow a loaded 30' gooseneck trailer
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record in order to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
- Must have the ability to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, stand, or walk short distances for 8-10 hours a day
- Exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold

The Landscaping Technician will be an integral member of a regional landscaping team. Responsible for groundskeeping, the landscaping technician will safely operate equipment and follow the direction of the Crew Lead to ensure CSS fulfills service obligations.
