    Career Opportunity as a Speech Pathologist

    We are seeking a dedicated speech pathologist who is enthusiastic about diagnosing and offering therapy for patients with communication and swallowing disorders. At our company, we are committed to delivering healthcare with compassion.

    As a Speech Pathologist, you will be an essential part of the rehabilitation team, responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating therapy and care for individuals facing speech and swallowing challenges.

    Your Everyday

    • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Maintain a safe environment for everyone.
    • Monitor and communicate with patients, families, and care team members.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
    • Evaluate and treat various disorders and document results accurately.
    • Provide speech therapy using appropriate strategies based on best practices.
    • Supervise students and other team members as necessary.
    • Ensure continuity of care and an exceptional experience for every patient.
    • Initiate patient and family education when needed.
    • Contribute to the team by assisting others without prompting.

    The Must-Haves

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
    • Licensed Speech Therapy through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
    • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
