Functie Omschrijving
Voor onze klant zijn wij voor zes maanden op zoek naar een scherpe, frisse Quality Manager, welke de organisatie kan ondersteunen in het implementatieproces van een aantal verschillende kwaliteitsnormeringen voor de productie locatie in Duitsland. Als Quality Manager Hydrauliek ben je (eind)verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling Kwaliteit, waaronder de taken vallen van QA, QC en Productontwikkeling. Je rapporteert hierbij rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager en maakt deel uit van het Productie Team.
Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de productie en het effectief en efficiënt inplannen van personeel en materieel binnen de afdeling. Je hebt de gehele supply chain continue in de gaten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor betrokken leveranciers, klanten en medewerkers. Daarbij handel je klachten af en verstrek je de betrokken medewerkers informatie aangaande de uitvoering van de projecten. Je verwerkt binnen de eigen discipline administratieve gegevens in een geautomatiseerd systeem. Het tijdig bestellen van producten en/of diensten tegen gewenste prijs- en kwaliteitsniveau maken het takenpakket compleet. Kortom: Jij bent een team van twee andere verantwoordelijk voor het gehele reilen en zeilen van de productie plant.
Jouw taken bestaan onder meer uit;
Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van TQM en 5S-tot oprichting van kwaliteitsprocedures, normen en specificaties voor internationale productie overdracht van gehele productassortiment
Verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de productie
Verstrekken van opleiding, tools en technieken om anderen in staat te stellen kwaliteit te leveren.
Coördinatie van de activiteiten welke moet voldoen aan de eisen van de klant
Meewerken & meedenken in het upgraden de normen naar ISO 9001: 2008
Meewerken & meedenken in he upgraden naar de normen ISO-TS16949
beheren van interne audits en accountants KPI
rapportage voor het senior management
Implementatie van PPAP
Implementatie 8D problem solving
Implementatie AIAG 5-Core Tools
Management van NPD program
Voor de afdeling operations is de klant op zoek naar een slimme, vooruitdenkende Quality Manager die voor zes maanden verantwoordelijk is voor het effectief en efficiënt inplannen van de productie, gericht op mensen, kwaliteit, inkoop en productiviteit. Je hebt kennis en ervaring met de erkende kwaliteitsnormen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor betrokken klanten en medewerkers. Daarbij verstrek je de medewerkers informatie aangaande de uitvoering van het project en je verwerkt binnen de eigen discipline administratieve gegevens in een geautomatiseerd systeem (SAP).
Rapporteert Aan
Afgeronde opleiding HBO Werktuigbouwkunde/ Autotechniek/ Motorvoertuigen / Procestechniek en/of (HBO/WO Technische)Bedrijfskunde/ WO Master Business Administration (maar dan wel een praktische procesdenker)
Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar werkervaring
Ervaring in de zwaardere machinebouw/ Automotive
Kwaliteitsmanager met een sensitiviteit voor politiek correcte beslissingen
Ervaring met SAP is een wens
Kennis van de Nederlandse en Duitse taal is een pré. Eventueel een derde vreemde taal als Engels zal zeer wenselijk zijn, dit is echter geen must.

Het ondersteunt opdrachtgevers bij complexere vraagstukken als het gaat om verzetten & verplaatsen van materiaal. De logistieke uitdagingen in deze sectoren nemen voortdurend toe. Aspecten zoals moeilijk bereikbare locaties, zware klimaatomstandigheden en bescherming van het milieu vragen om steeds intelligentere en veiligere oplossingen.
De opdrachtgever is een stabiele speler en werkt met het modernste materieel. Onze opdrachtgever biedt een ZPP-tarief gelang ervaring,-. De inschaling geschiedt op basis van werkervaring. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je gedurende zes maanden, vijf dagen per week op locatie aanwezig bent
