    Assistant Studio Manager

    As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in the successful execution of the day to day studio operations.

    This involves providing excellent service to customers in studio, assisting with hiring, training of team members, and ensuring CADY processes are followed.

    Responsibilities


    • Ensure the flow of traffic on the studio floor is running smoothly
    • Interact with parents to contribute to an amazing experience
    • Ensure the studio is organized and presentable in all areas
    • Make bank deposits when necessary
    • Review session surveys and contact clients as needed
    • Ensure studio presentations are ready
    • Manage the daily presentation set up in each room
    • Assist with weekly inventory
    • Ensure "Elite" thank you cards have been mailed in a timely manner
    • Ensure confirmation calls for presentations are made
    • Ensure "Elite" swag bags are ready for next day
    • Confirm closing procedures are properly completed daily
    • Participate in employee coaching sessions
    • Participate in any needed staffing allocations as assigned by management
    • Cross train in all areas of the studio
    • Assist with interviewing and hiring
    • Other duties as assigned
    Job Requirements


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Amazing customer experience and communication skills required
    • Must be willing to work a varied seasonal schedule
    • Background in photography with at least hobbyist level skills preferred
    • Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
    • Able to lift, move and operate camera equipment up to 40lbs
    • Able to work well within a team setting and independently
    • Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output
    Responsibilities


    • Host our clients, maintain the atmosphere and experience from check in to check out.
    • Recruit, train, and develop the studio team.
    • Meet and exceed studio revenue goals.
    • Create schedules and approve payroll for the studio team.
    • Oversee the Inventory and venue management.
    • Be responsible for opening and closing duties.
    • Encourage an energetic atmosphere for our students and photographers.
    • Take on positive and negative customer feedback from reviews.
    • Be able to work Saturday hours during peak seasons.
