    Description
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Develop work area traffic control plans which meet customers' work zone and project phasing requirements as well as determine if permit services are required.
    • Develop and submit quotes for plans.
    • Design and draw temporary traffic control plans to current MUTCD/WATCH manual standards.
    • Submit plans to City/Controlling agencies for review and approval as required.
    • Coordinate permit services as required per customer.
    • Attend meetings with customers and City/Controlling agencies.
    • Revise plans per City/Controlling agency's direction.
    • Facilitate contact between dispatch and contractor to coordinate the implementation of the project.
    • Submit billing for completed traffic plans.
    • Manage multiple projects for timely completion meeting contractor's schedule.
    • Review and advise on traffic plan drawings.

    Requirements:
    • A valid driver's license.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
    • Team player.
    • Positive attitude.
