- Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally at the cashier desk.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts promptly and make change as needed.
- Address customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer complaints with courtesy and refer unresolved issues to the relevant staff.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Close out invoices and reconcile any outstanding balances.
- Answers incoming calls and provides clerical support to the service and parts departments.
- Professionalism and Appearance:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Keep your work area tidy and presentable.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient PC skills; MS Office Suite skills a plus.
- Clean driving record required
