    Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Liability/ Employment and Labor Defense Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either general liability or labor and employment law, be detail-oriented, and have excellent negotiation skills.

    This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to client service and a passion for exceeding expectations.

    If you are passionate about general liability or labor and employment law, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to providing exceptional legal services, we would love to hear from you.

    Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of general liability and employment issues.
    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
    Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.
    Coordinate with external counsel as necessary to manage complex legal issues.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the company's operations.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
    Provide training and guidance to company employees on legal matters related to their job functions.
    Participate in the development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    Admitted to practice law in the state.
    Excellent understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
    Strong litigation experience with exceptional negotiation skills.
    Excellent legal research and writing skills.
    Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
