Job summary
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing quality care to medical and surgical cardiovascular patients of cardiac rehab services by supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase I – III program that involves the patient and family.Responsibilities
- Communicates and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers, and others.
- Evaluate and document patient response to treatment. Patient response to the treatment plan is evaluated by patient achievement of goals with update of goals as needed.
