    We are seeking a full-time Agency Development Coordinator to work at our corporate office.

    In this role you will assists in all phases of the agency development, and communication processes for agent partners and drivers to achieve business objectives; this includes, but is not limited to, planning, developing and implementation. Organizes, coordinates, and performs a variety of administrative responsibilities as it relates to communication and training. Responsible for providing a variety of agency related services for the corporate office. Manages agent's insurance program; acts as a liaison for agents by responding to their inquiries and requests for information.

    • Assist with new agent orientation by tracking conversion expenses, setting up in internal systems and other administrative functions
    • Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining operational forms used by agents and drivers in performing moving services
    • Assist with the preparation and revision of agency agreements and addenda
    • Coordinate and maintain the agents' insurance program; ensures the agents' insurance compliance with both legal and corporate requirements
    • Maintain agent information and add new systems users to contact list within online directory
    • Assist with maintenance of agency manual
    • Monitor and follow up of agent contract expiration dates
    • Streamline and improve current administrative functions using technology
    • Assist in the development of new reporting tools, using corporate databases
    • Maintain departmental filing system and databases
    • Maintain corporate email lists in Salesforce
    • Update logos and award promotional items for agents and drivers
    • Create and post various documents to internal systems including sales standings, commission guides, and maps
    • Assist with event planning and coordination
    • Assist the Director of Agency Recruiting as needed

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must have the ability to sit at a desk and in front of a computer for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must have the ability to handle stress. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle and feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include appropriate vision needed to read a computer screen, paper forms and correspondence.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three-to-five-year administrative work experience. Ability to identify problem situations, collect data and recommend appropriate action. Excellent written and verbal communications. Self-motivation and creative ability. Excellent technology skills, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School or GEDequivalent
