    Icon Media Direct is seeking a talented Data Management Analyst to join our innovative team.

    As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the movement of data into and out of the organization's systems, ensuring the integrity, security, and usability of our data assets to drive effective marketing campaigns and strategic decision-making.

    Reporting to the Sr.

    Director of Business Operations, this position will serve as a technical resource and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes, maintain data quality standards, implement governance policies, support users to troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation, which all supports the organization's data-driven initiatives and business objectives.


    This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, isolate, and correct data errors, ensuring pristine data quality used in our internal systems.

    The right candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and effectively multi-task under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    This position will manage and analyze data from various sources, therefore an above average understanding and competence of MSSQL, relational databases, Excel, and programming languages (Python) are essential.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    with users to obtain data requirements for new and existing applications.

    inspects, validates, cleanses, transforms, and loads data received in a variety of formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, Proposal XML, text) from disparate sources (e.g., clients, telemarketers, data vendors, analytic platforms, etc.).

    with vendors and clients to correct problems with data and/or files.
    data, including collecting, organizing, and accessing data to support productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.

    information, including working with the team to manage the infrastructure used to collect, manage, preserve, store, and deliver information used for the organization.

    and enforce data governance frameworks to govern data usage, access, and compliance.
    client confidence and protects operations by keeping data & information confidential according to the various data privacy guidelines.
    and enforce data quality standards to uphold the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information.
    data validation and cleansing procedures to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    erroneous or anomalous data and corrects or removes errors to restore datasets to reliable levels.
    addresses issues, questions, and problems in an accurate and timely manner.

    issues and tracks progress and resolutions logged in the Help Desk software, while providing excellent customer service and timely communication throughout the resolution process.

    and recommends process improvements for data management tasks.


    Education/Qualifications/Experience:
    degree in computer science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
    three years of experience with Data Integration and Migration, Data Governance and Compliance, Reporting and Analysis Continuous Improvement
    experience in data management, information management, or related roles, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.

    proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) with knowledge of advanced Excel formulas, functions, and the creation and manipulation of pivot tables.

    proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Work management & Confluence)
    in SQL & data management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Adverity, etc.).
    with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
    understanding of data governance principles
    analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
    ability to logically outline and document technical procedures and processes
    to multi-task, prioritize, and organize while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or related credentials are a plus.
