Job summary
The Memory Care Nurse Manager (MCNM) is responsible for the overall management and success of the Memory Care Department. This leadership role oversees resident care, regulatory compliance, and team performance while fostering a warm supportive and resident-centered environment.The MCNM is responsible for hiring training coaching and developing caregiving staff overseeing resident assessments and care planning facilitating care conferences and ensuring compliance with all Chateau policies and Washington State regulations.
