    Description
    Afterhours Extended Coverage Fleet Manager.
    Shift is 5 pm - 5 am; 3 nights a week and 6 hours 1 night a week.
    The ECT Member position is a dynamic role that requires a reliable self-starter with a background in customer service, transportation, or other high stress and high-volume position. The ECT Member is responsible for the day to day operations of their shift, and they are solely responsible for everything that happens on their shift.

    With the support from their Operations Manager they are a fully empowered unit that is agile in their decision making, accountable for the decisions they make, and enjoy the sovereignty that is granted to them while they are on their shift.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Answering all DriverTech messages and phone calls that come in during shift.
    • Resolving any Breakdown and Fuel issues the arise.
    • Getting with the appropriate parties to resolve any issues that they are not able to resolve.
    • Customer service: Communicating, Updating, responding, and swapping if needed.
    • Production: Swapping, planning sometimes, and communication.
    • Communicating and providing a detailed handoff to day shift that will empower day shift to resolve any residual issues.
    • Resolving any driver related issues that arise during shift.
    Skills that are required to be successful in this position:
    • Multi-Tasking.
    • Self-Motivation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Typing 35+ GWPM.
    • Customer Service Skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency is a must.
    Night and Weekends are the most difficult positions and require an aggressive individual that will come in and own their shift and hold themselves accountable to a very high standard.
