- Write and revise technical documents, including QHSE procedures, guidelines, and work instructions, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant regulations.
- Determine the most suitable publication type based on project needs and document control guidelines.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to collect feedback, manage interactions, and make necessary revisions.
- Evaluate the target audience for technical and procedural documentation, adapting tone and terminology for clarity and comprehension.
- Establish writing processes, timelines, and deadlines.
- Design diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual tools to enhance process understanding.
- Solicit feedback from customers, departments, and other stakeholders to enhance QHSE documentation.
