    Responsible for coordinating and supporting customer transportation business requirements by developing and managing both carriers and customers to ensure requirements are met.


    Some of your main responsibilities will be:

    • Support billing and settlement management process functions related to land transportation commercial orders, loads and projects.
    • Obtain and verify documentation related to the onboarding process for new carriers and customers.
    • Contact carriers and customers to respond or clarify issue resolution, process invoices and carrier payments.
    • Classify and validate appropriate documents such as bill of lading, proof of delivery.
    • Promote continuous improvement of processes by ensuring tasks are done safely in accordance with Management Systems or business unit procedures.

    Qualifications

    Must-haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, logistics or a related field; or a combination of post-high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
