    We seek a talented and experienced electrical engineer to join our team In this role, you will be critical in designing electrical systems and components from conception to completion, including coordination with architecture and engineering partners, contractors, and subcontractors.

    Visiting the project site, you will observe the conditions of existing buildings, including historic structures, to evaluate current systems and assess how to design new systems.

    Embracing technologies to improve building performance and promote sustainability, you will determine ways to increase energy efficiency and minimize climate impact.

    You will actively engage with colleagues across various disciplines as a collaborative team.
    Essential qualities and skills that you will bring to the team include:

    Problem-Solving Skills:
    identify and solve problems; think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
    3+ years experience

    Communication Skills:
    communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

    Time Management Skills:
    work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

    Attention to Detail:
    have a keen eye for detail to ensure that electrical/power systems are designed correctly.

    Teamwork Skills:
    collaborate with other team members, including architects, contractors, and engineers.

    Data Analysis Skills:

    analyze data sets and examine data with multiple variables, conduct a qualitative analysis of engineering criteria, and complete mathematical and spreadsheet-based formulas.
