At our luxury wellness retreat, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Wellness Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our transformative health and wellness program. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who will ensure a seamless guest experience while optimizing operational efficiency.
This includes ensuring high standards of service excellence by meeting or exceeding key performance metrics such as Gross Operating Profit (GOP), occupancy/ADR/revenue growth, overall financial goals.
