    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a board-certified NP with an unrestricted license in California, able to provide primary care and support all aspects of women's health with compassion and empathy.
    • The successful candidate will have experience in providing gynecology services, including STD screens, UTI & Vaginal infections consults, PID, Pelvic Pain, Vaginal Bleeding, Birth Control counseling, Annual Exams, and Pap Smears, Hormone / PMS Counseling.
    • You will be comfortable with a wide range of primary care concerns that affect women throughout their lifespan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women of all ages, focusing on gynecological services, primary care, and holistic whole-person care.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share insights and feedback, shaping technology development cycles.
    • Work independently, making decisions based on clinical expertise and patient needs.

    Requirements:

    • Board certification as a women's health nurse practitioner or family nurse practitioner.
    • Unrestricted NP license in California.
    • Experience in providing gynecology services, including STD screens, UTI & Vaginal infections consults, PID, Pelvic Pain, Vaginal Bleeding, Birth Control counseling, Annual Exams, and Pap Smears, Hormone / PMS Counseling.
    • Comfortable with a wide range of primary care concerns that affect women throughout their lifespan.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong skills in performing colposcopies, biopsies, and IUD placements or a desire to learn.
    • Formal professional training in trauma-informed care, decision-making support for low-income women, LGBTQ+ identified folks, immigrant or migrant populations, or English-as-a-second-language support populations.
    • Contracted with major payers (BCBS / Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, United).

    Benefits:

    • Market competitive salary: $140,000 - $160,000.
