    Description

    EM Alliance, an independent, emergency medicine group in Southern California is looking for BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician-led and managed group in suburban Los Angeles County.

    We have full-time and part-time positions available with a primary focus on collaborating with our hospital partners to provide greater patient satisfaction, outstanding care, and improved outcomes.

    Although EM Alliance is continuing to expand, we understand and appreciate the importance of a career and personal life balance.

    We are 100% supported and financed by physicians and believe in the independence and autonomy of our physicians.

    • 89,000 Visits, 76 hours of Physician (1:1 scribe ratio) and 47 hours of APP Coverage
    • 190bed hospital, Level III, 35 ED bed, dedicated fast track zone in a modern facility
    • Top 10% Compensation Package, 100% RVU based Compensation and paid malpractice
    • Awarded an "A" from The Leapfrog Group's Hospital Safety Grade
    • Palmdale Regional Medical Center has been named by U.S. News & World Report to its Best Hospitals as a High Performing hospital for Heart Attack Care
