GPAC is proud to announce a partnership with a leading fabrication company in search of a skilled Miscellaneous Metal Estimator. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team specializing in the manufacturing and installation of miscellaneous metal products for commercial construction projects. As our client experiences continued growth, they seek a dedicated professional with over 5 years of experience, proficiency in Tekla EPM software, and a comprehensive understanding of miscellaneous metal fabrication and install.

**Qualifications for Miscellaneous Metal Estimator:**

5 years of experience in miscellaneous metal industry.
- Extensive knowledge of miscellaneous metal fabrication and erection processes
- Familiarity with current miscellaneous metal codes and standards
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Responsibilities for Miscellaneous Metal Estimator:**

Preparation and review of accurate estimates
- Effective coordination and communication with team members
- Cultivation and maintenance of client relationships
- Management of project budgets and schedules
- Vigilant monitoring of project scope changes
- Thorough inclusion of materials, labor, and equipment costs in estimates
- Precise preparation of material take offs
- Contribution to the development of cost-effective strategies

**Estimator Job Functions:**

Interpretation and analysis of blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Identification and resolution of discrepancies in estimates versus actual costs
- Monitoring of project progress and recommendation of necessary changes
- Production of estimates, bids, and proposals for projects
- Analysis of materials, labor, and equipment costs for accuracy

**Miscellaneous Metal Estimator Skills:**

Profound understanding of miscellaneous metal fabrication and erection processes
- Proficiency in Tekla EPM software and related tools
- Thorough knowledge of current miscellaneous metal codes and standards
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Effective prioritization and deadline management skills

**Compensation/Benefits for Miscellaneous Metal Estimator:**

Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $95,000
- Comprehensive benefits package
