    Key Responsibilities

    Sell life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.

    Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

    Work independently and manage your own schedule to meet sales goals.

    Mentor and support new agents, contributing to the growth of the team.

    Qualifications

    MUST BE A CANADIAN RESIDENT WITH A WORK PERMIT OR OPEN WORK PERMIT OR PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS IN CANADA

    MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A LAPTOP OR PC

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    No prior industry experience required; training will be provided.

    Must be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
