- Assist with the force placement of insurance.
- Scan and verify HMDA withdrawn/denied loans.
- Scan incoming loan documents into the bank's system of record - insurance changes, address changes, deceased notices, etc.
- Monitor property tax installment payments & maintain the Delinquent Taxes Spreadsheet
- Monitor and maintain theLoan File Room
- Assist Loan Servicing Department with incoming calls - delivering customer service excellence while assisting with inquiries, updates, and problem resolution.
- Calculate payoffs as requested by internal and external customers.
- Distribute the department's daily reports & incoming mail.
