Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life and educational experience for students with physical disabilities or impairments.
Responsibilities:

Conduct prehensive assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions and techniques to enhance students' motor skills, mobility, and physical functioning.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with physical disabilities.
Provide direct physical therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings, utilizing appropriate therapeutic equipment and techniques.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, to contribute to students' educational planning and goal setting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing documentation, as required by school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
Previous experience working with children or adolescents with physical disabilities, preferably in a school-based setting.
Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
Proficient in using therapeutic equipment and tools relevant to school-based physical therapy.
