    The opportunity


    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona.

    As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

    What will you do?

    Act as the Human Resources department's "go to" person
    Provide information to the general public and team members while supporting the functions of the department with administrative and reception duties
    Collaborate with the HR team, including the manager, housing manager, and training coordinator
    Escalate HR issues and concerns to the proper team member
    Correlate information, produce copies, and oversee both manual and digital filing systems
    More about you

    A minimum of 6 months of general office experience required
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to properly handle confidential information
    Basic skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
    Prior experience in human resources and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred, but not required
    Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
    No high school degree or GED required
    Physical requirements

    Visual acuity and manual dexterity
    Ability to sit for extended periods at desk and use computer.
