Software Back-End Engineer

We are also a growing firm and need an experienced developer to help us continue our mission to build services that help companies and people across the globe.
Design infrastructure for new builds
Create and maintain tests
Deploy logging and monitoring
Plan capacity and manage application performance
Take responsibility for technical delivery against needs and specifications
Develop shell scripting and components to support continuous delivery pipelines
Consider applying emerging technology solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Required Experience
Solid understanding of relational databases, and SQL for implementing database-driven, web-based applications
Designing and coding on all tiers of mobile and web applications and services
Docker, Kubernetes
Using Python, Node, and PHP
Databases especially PostgreSQL, mySQL
supporting and building APIs
Experience with various host environments including AWS, GCP, etc.
Nice to have
Experience with data analysis, especially big data analysis
Experience writing technical specifications
Experience with ElasticSearch
Highly Desirable
Enjoy working hard on complicated technical problems
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Takes initiative and able to work independently
Able to take and give feedback well
Excellent communication skills
