JuiceBox Dance Academy is looking for a reliable, high-energy Hip Hop Instructor who is passionate about developing not just strong dancers , but confident leaders.

About the Position

We are seeking a committed Hip Hop teacher to lead engaging, structured classes 1–2 days per week, 2 -3 classes an evening. Long-term commitment is strongly preferred. This instructor will help inspire students while maintaining high standards in technique, performance quality, and studio culture, all while keeping flow in curriculum and keeping track of student progress and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Teach age-appropriate Hip Hop classes (recreational and competitive levels)
• Choreograph routines for recital and potential competition (tba).
• Foster confidence, leadership, and teamwork in students.
• Maintain strong classroom management and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with studio leadership and families
• Support studio events, rehearsals, and performances

Qualifications

• Strong training and background in Hip Hop Culture
• Experience teaching children and teens.
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared
• Positive, motivating, and team-oriented
• Aligns with our mission of building leaders through dance.
