Job summary
The HR Associate is an entry position within the employee experience structure of ESCO Group. This position is best described as a business resource supporting a variety of HR related tasks and issues with a focus on learning.Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and enter data into spreadsheets and other human resources software packages.
- Support interviewing process, onsite visits, career fairs, and other recruiting activities as needed.
- Assist with updates and revisions are needed in the Employee Manual, job descriptions, policies, and other documentation.
