- Designs, implements, controls and optimizes industrial processes
- Assesses existing processes and workflows
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures
- Develops best practices and solutions to improve production rates and output
- 2+ years' experience performing Process Engineer duties of designing in an industrial environment
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar or experience in lieu of education
- Experience in wastewater, water, and waste treatment processes, operations, and equipment for municipal and industrial applications preferred, but not required
- Experience with boilers and chemicals a plus
- Knowledge and experience in high-pressure, supercritical, hydrothermal, or similar processes preferred, but not required
- Specific relevant area of expertise in pressure systems, electrical & instrumentation, metallurgy, separations, valves, pumps, etc.
- Willingness and ability to travel to company, client, partner, and event locations, and spend contiguous weeks on-site with clients
- Outstanding social, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- This position requires using hands to troubleshoot equipment, close vision, and dexterity with fingers
- This position requires an individual to sit for long periods of time, stand, and move about the facility
- Ability to lift 40 lbs

JOB SUMMARY
As a Process Engineer, you will maintain and design our Airscwo systems. This will include providing support during the initial testing of systems, testing various operating conditions, performing planned and unplanned maintenance and system checks. The role will require a combination of office work and fieldwork, as well as significant travel and time on-site.
