- Practice Setting: Inpatient- rounding at Saratoga Hospital; Outpatient- Saratoga Cardiology; Call commitment for practice and hospital

- Number of patients per day: 8, 4-6 consults per day
- Number of beds: 220
- Number of ICU beds: 19
- Number of Cardiologists in Group: 6
- Supervision of AP's required
- Patient Demographics: adult, geriatric
- EMR at the Hospital: Meditech
- EMR at the Practice: Epic
- Procedures listed in attached practice description
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
- Facility will cover travel costs
