Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration: Set up and customize to match our organization's specific needs, including configuring boards, automations, and integrations.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for new and existing users and provide ongoing support to maximize platform effectiveness.
• Customization and Optimization: Develop custom fields, templates, and dashboards to improve productivity and continuously refine these processes to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Integration and Troubleshooting: Seamlessly integrate with other organizational tools using Make, and swiftly address any technical issues that arise.
• Documentation and Continuous Learning: Create and maintain detailed documentation, training resources, and best practices guides, and keep abreast of new features and updates on Make and

Salary Range: $109, ,000 USD
