    Job Description
    This position involves safeguarding critical infrastructure and ensuring the secure operation of industrial control systems.

    This position includes but not limited to, system and service lifecycle management (including Plan, Design, Build and Release, Operate and Maintain).

    This resource will be part of Central IT Operations Team (Global) with concentration towards supporting OT (Operational Technology) setup at the locations in North & South America.

    This resource will part of the 4 people team globally (2 in EMEA, 1 in APAC and1 in NASA region) coordinating, supporting, and deploying OT Segmentation at the Production facilities and Distribution warehouse.

    The position is based out of the Rock Hill office with hybrid setup (3 days in office and 2 days remote).

    The ideal candidate will be with strong Networking (LAN, Switching, Routing, Wireless) knowledge and experience in Security (firewalls, MS Defender and other tools), with personality of self-driven, can coordinate with multiple teams and levels , take ownership & responsibility for end-to-end processes and drive for results.

    Technical Reviews:
    They help design, test, and document new IT and OT systems.

    Cybersecurity Standards:
    They create safety rules for manufacturing.

    Risk Assessment:
    They evaluate risks and suggest safety measures.

    Patch Planning:
    They coordinate security updates.

    Incident Response:
    If theres a security breach, they investigate and fix it.

    Network Design:
    They help create secure network segments.

    Vulnerability Management:
    They protect against hacking attacks.

    Coordination:
    They work with vendors and other teams.

    Skills and Requirements
    5+ years in IT Security and Network Security, & additional 3+ years in another IT function, preferably IT Auditing and Networking
    Proficiency in information system design
    Strong experience with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks (e.g., IS027000, COBIT, NIST 800, etc.)
    Experience in Firewall Management such as Checkpoint, other technologies is a plus

    Advanced network knowledge:
    Routing, Switching and Subnetting (VLAN, LAN, 802.1q, L2/L3); Industrial Networking, TCP/IP
    Deep understanding of Basic security principles

    o Defense in depth, trust domains, least privilege, network segmentation, security monitoring and incident response, access management, OT patch management, secure remote access, anti-malware protection, etc.

    Solid knowledge on IT and OT infrastructure, including PLC security and protection is desired.
    Current knowledge of technology capabilities and trends; types, and techniques of hacking attacks.
    Ability to effectively coordinate and influence others, as needed.
    Excellent communication, analytical, and soft skills want someone who is motivated, sharp, excited to excel in long term career
    Bachelors degree in IT Certifications like CISSP and/or CISM.
    Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are preferred
    Experience with DNA center and SDA (Software Defined Access) is desired. null
