    Description

    About the Job and Company:

    We are excited to be looking for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic outpatient therapy practice. As a PTA, you'll be part of a team working alongside physical therapists, helping patients with exercises, massages, gait and balance training, and various therapeutic interventions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform fitness assessments to understand each client's current fitness level
    • Create personalized workout plans and training routines, adjusting them as needed
    • Demonstrate correct techniques for equipment use
    • Ensure compliance with all gym safety standards and procedures
    • Record patient progress


    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
    • Preferably knowledgeable in physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
    • First aid and CPR certification required
    • Positive, motivating, and strong communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
