    Responsibilities

    • Pre-Construction Duties: Oversee coordination and planning phases before project initiation.
    • Job Transition & Start-up: Manage the transition process from planning to execution.
    • Cost & Schedule Management: Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to effectively.
    • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Team Oversight: Directly supervise and support project team members' work.
    • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships to drive project success.
    • Technical Record Generation: Compile and submit necessary technical documentation.
    • Support Construction Efforts: Actively engage in the construction phase to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
    • Safety and Risk Management: Implement safety protocols and manage risk processes to create a safe work environment.
    • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, or 8 years of construction-related experience and/or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
    • Experience with mid & high-rise frames; light industrial

    Required Skills

    • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project management principles.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
