Responsible for system solution & design, writing & maintaining user stories, modifying, debugging and/or maintaining software solutions for systems while working with different user groups and customers as part of the innovative AT&T team in the Network / OSS domain.

What will your job look like?
• You will take ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provide technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues
• You will work with the internal customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
• You will be presented with demos of the software products by the development teams with internal/external customers.
• You will use your knowledge of the product/solution and technologies to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
• You will create user stories that will define to the development teams the needs and requirements in a way that the end results will ensure the satisfaction of the end users.
• You will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools, various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. Such as automation, reduce design complexity, reduce time to response, and simplify the client/end-user experience.
• You will ensure enterprise architecture vision effectiveness & vision is aligned in the products designed by you.
• You will work very closely with the users, the development teams, test teams and overall end to end solution team in a good collaborative way.
• You will represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example, leads technical design reviews). Builds relationships with internal customers/stakeholders
• You will be responsible for working Enterprise Architects and defining US and working with Dev and Test to get them implemented
• You will define AIDs between various applications
• You will work with Network Team on new implementation of new services and new equipment in the Network

All you need is
• Bachelor's degree in science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
• Telecom Domain Knowledge (OSS / provisioning of Broadband preferred)
• Experience with System Architecture. Demonstrated ability to architect scalable large applications.
• Expertise in creating and presenting user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• 5+ years of experience in Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of various TM Forum APIs used for Product, Inventory, & Service Management.
• Knowledge of Azure, Kafka
• Knowledge of Service NOW & Order Management for Telecommunications & Media module is preferred.
• Architect/Solution background
• UNIX skills, REST API Development background
• LS Network Domain Knowledge
• Familiar with LDAP, RADIUS (advantage)
• Strong Leader

• Knowledge of workflows and BSS suite of Systems
• Knowledge of Network architectures, Inventory Creation, Management and Provisioning
• Microsoft Azure Certification (Solutions)
• Experience in testing
