RequirementsProduct Management at PanaseerWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the next step in their career and lead a cross functional product team for Cyber Data Acquisition.

The Senior Product Manager will lead a team at the forefront of acquiring Cyber Security controls data through integrations with target Security control points and IT systems, while building standardization and extensibility into the platform to increase the pace of onboarding new data workloads and expanding into new security domains.

The Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives from product discovery, working closely with design and the engineering technical lead to propose, refine, and define scope.

The Product Manager will be responsible for determining and monitoring the success of the initiatives their team delivers and reporting to the wider product team and business.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with executives, leaders and analysts in Cyber Security at our customers to understand market trends, IT patterns and customer use casesWork with Product, Engineering and Revenue teams to develop data-driven ROI case for product roadmap priorities and initiativesOwn the end-to-end delivery of large, high-impact product changes, from inception to implementation and launchWork with product designers to whiteboard, develop, and refine clear & intuitive user experiencesLead market-driven product launches, beta programs and new product introductions including developing GTM strategyTravel (including international) required several times per quarter for team collaboration, customer visits and marketing events

Who You Are5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development and/or Product Marketing, primarily in Enterprise B2B and SaaSExperience in at least 1 Cyber Security domain (ex. Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management)Experience working with and delivering highly technical productsAbility to learn technical domains incredibly quicklyGrowth mindset with a passion for learning and continuously improving yourself, your team, and your functionTrack record of generating outstanding results in growth and hyper-growth startupsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCommercial, as well as technical, mindsetLow ego, team player

Desirable SkillsExperience with data integrations (ex. ETL, Data Flow)Hands-on experience with service offerings from major Cyber Security vendors (ex. Tenable, Rapid7, Veracode, CrowdStrike, SailPoint)Experience using and developing APIsComputer Science or related degree
