Position: Staff Pharmacist - Retail

• Location: Fort Wayne, IN
• Shift: Days
• Type: Direct Hire
• Start Date:ASAP
• Eligible for Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Bonus

Position Details:

• Provide first-line administrative and technical supervision for prehensive pharmaceutical programs and services at four outpatient pharmacies
• Responsible for efficient operation of outpatient pharmacies, establishing and maintaining pharmacy operating procedures, work standards, and quality control measures.
• Direct reports may include pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and/or volunteers.
• Coordinate between outpatient pharmacy and specialty pharmacy activities.
• Actively promote good public relations and exceptional customer service.
• Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and munities.
